Santa Barbara Cheese

Sara, who grew up on the Cuyama Dairy farm and her husband Dennis have a “homestead” operation. They have a home garden, along with ducks, chickens, geese and even turkeys. They get their cow milk for their cheese from the family dairy.  Their aged cheeses include Gouda, Alpine and Cheddar, as well as a flavored Chipotle. They’re always coming up with new products.
