Anchored by Luke Regalbuto and Maggie Levinger's award-winning company Wild West Ferments, the iconic Cowgirl Barn on Fourth Street now houses a carefully curated assortment of picnic and pantry provisions inspired by traditional foodways and fermentation. You'll also find a tantalizing, balanced selection of natural wines, brine tasting, house fermented fruit sodas on tap, water buffalo ice cream and seasonal soda floats! The learning space hosts regular fermentation workshops and the building also hosts grilled cheese sandwiches, a locally-focused flower shop, and a wool and fiber shop.
