We're a micro-creamery making artisan cheese, along with a coffee shop and a mini épicerie. Nestled off the beaten path, in the historic village community center, our space welcomes Carmel Valley locals and visitors to gather and unwind. Watch cheese being made through our observation window, enjoy a coffee and croissant on our charming patio, or shop our curated selection to create a delicious cheese plate to enjoy at home!

The Creamery:

We are a CDFA accredited micro-creamery creating artisan cheeses using our 52-gallon pasteurizer vat. Fresh, bloomy rind, washed rind and alpine style cheeses are made in small batches from California Grade A cow's and goat's milk. We also produce whey ricotta. We age our cheeses on cedar wood planks, in our 220 square food aging room.

Coffee, pastries and fresh bread, featuring Alta Organic, Acme Coffee and Ad Astra Bread.

Épicerie:

We carry everything you need for a cheese plate, and more! From charcuterie and local honey to Italian balsamic vinegar, cheese jams, delicious crackers, olives and dates - we have plenty of fine foods for you to enjoy at home or with friends. Coming soon: Raw milk (cow, goat and sheep), Fine chocolate, Wine and beer.

Ice Cream:

We carry local ice cream and gelato to enjoy at home or at here at the creamery! Featuring Revival Ice Cream, Nancy's Fancy and Bar Gelato.
