A cheese which originated from the Menonite community of Northern Mexico, Los Altos Queso Menonita is a semi-soft, pale yellow, young cheese.

Its flavor is mild with hints of butter. Queso Menonita is best used as a melting cheese for baked casserole dishes or pizzas.
