Joel and Margie Weber founded Rocky Oaks Goat Creamery as the Central Valley's original provider of unique, hand-crafted goat cheese for those who enjoy the taste of fresh quality and refined goat cheese. Their handmade, small-batch Farmstead cheese is made from milk exclusively from their closed herd of goats.

Seasonal (Spring thru Fall) tours, cheese tastings, and events including Pumpking Patch in October are held. They also have monthly Farm to Table Dinner events.
