Shipping & Refund Policy For Cheese Orders
Cheese Trail makes every effort possible to ensure your complete satisfaction.
When sending our cheese collections as a gift, we strongly suggest notifying the recipient ahead of time so that your gift is expected and opened immediately upon arrival. Cheese collections should be refrigerated upon receipt.
Shipping is offered via FedEx 2-Day A.M.; All cheese packs for Zoom events ship the week of the event. We ship Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure that shipments do not get delayed in transit over the weekend.
The Cheese Trail is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Please ensure that all shipping addresses are 100% accurate before placing your order. Address correction fees will apply if assessed by FedEx. Do not enter PO Boxes for shipping purposes – FedEx only delivers to physical addresses. We can not deliver to a PO Box. Your local post office may offer an alternate shipping address for package delivery; please confer with your postmaster if needed. We ship to home addresses only and do not deliver to business addresses.
We do not require signatures upon delivery of shipments. Recipients may, however, have a “signature release only” policy on file with Fed Ex. Cheese Trail is not responsible for damaged or expired cheese if shipments are deemed undeliverable due to a recipient’s signature policy or incorrect address.

Cheese Collections ship in recyclable cardboard boxes and are insulated using backyard compostable, biodegradable, and water-soluble Green Cell Foam. Green Cell Foam is made from non-GMO cornstarch and matches the insulating performance of petroleum-based styrofoam. Additionally, the manufacturing of Green Cell Foam requires 70% less energy and produces 80% fewer greenhouse gases than petroleum-based foams.
Refunds: If the product you purchased is found to be flawed in some way, please email us. Be sure to include your order number and contact info in your message, along with photos of the problem.
