Master Class: A Survey of Alpine and Alpine Style Cheeses with Anne Saxelby

Welcome to our annual Master Class series! We host these classes around the Fancy Food Show when our city is host to some of cheese's most respected producers, importers, and agers. Tonight we welcome Anne Saxelby of Saxelby Cheese in New York. Anne's little shop has had an enormous effect on the cheese scene of New York and is one of the industry's finest mongers and distributors. She's recently collaborated with the Cellars of Jasper Hill on an Alpine-style cheese coated in hay called Calderwood. Anne will survey the landscape of Alpine and Alpine-style cheeses from Europes highest peaks to the pastures of Wisconsin. Note: this class offers two ticket types.
