Be welcomed by one of the founding family members, Rick Lafranchi, who will give you a rundown of the family ranch and creamery history.

Next Jeremy Catrambone, head cheese maker, will share our cheese making process and answer any questions you may have.

Then Flo Brizard, store manager (and former cheese maker), will lead a tasting of 6 of Nicasio's award-winning cheeses.

Finally, follow Rick up to the family house for an overview and explanation of the family dairy operation.
