Come on out and be welcomed by one of the founding family members, Rick Lafranchi, who will give you a rundown of the family ranch and creamery history. Then, follow Rick up to the family house for an overview and explanation of the family dairy operation. Afterwards, Melisa Williams, store manager, will lead a tasting of 6 of Nicasio's award-winning cheeses. And finally, Jeremy Catrambone, head cheesemaker, will share the cheesemaking process and answer any questions you may have.
