Hands on Cheesemaking Class Creme de Ricotta & Spring Leek Lemon Tapenade

For the Love of Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese

Join this delectable event to learn all about sustainable cheese-making — and to taste a variety of Point Reyes Farmstead's award-winning cheeses! The Giacomini sisters will be on site to teach about their farm, their business and their cheeses. The plan is to taste through 20 years of Point Reyes Farmstead’s award-winning cheese making, paired with some local libations. Ranch hosts Michael and Vivien Straus will take guests into the pasture for a walk after the tasting where you will meet the cows. Reservations Required!
