Hands on Cheesemaking Creme de Ricotta three ways, Wheels, Slices and Lasagna layers. In class, we will make Creme de Ricotta and present three ways, in a wheel, sliced and lasagna layer. Each guest will recieve a cheese cloth, cheese ladle, recipe card and cheese trail map. Complimentary wine tasting included.

Hands on Cheesemaking Feta three ways, cow, goat and sheep milk. In class we will make three styles of Feta, cow, goat and sheep. In addition, we will flavor with oregano and black pepper feta. Each guest will take home a cheese cloth, cheese ladle, cheese recipe card and cheese trail map. Complimentary wine tasting.

Hands on Cheesemaking Class of Mozzarella & Burrata with Heirloom Tomatoes. Each guest will learn how to pull Mozzarella and Fill Burrata with Creme de Fromage, our chef made cheese. Each guest will take home a container of Mozzarella Curds & Burrata to enjoy at home.

Hands on Cheesemaking Creme de Ricotta and Whey Poached Salmon & Wild Rice. In class we will make Creme de Ricotta and teach how to poach Sustainably Farmed Salmon in Whey and cook Rancho Gordo Wild Rice in Whey. Each guest will take home a cheese cloth, cheese ladle, recipe cards and cheese trail map.
