Each registered group has their own station and together with Sheana and Ben, each make Creme de Ricotta, a 2-3# wheel of fresh cow milk cheese and or we can make a variety of flavored cheeses from our Flavor Bar. Each guest takes home a cheese cloth, cheese ladle, cheese recipe card, cheese trail map and enjoys an artisan cheese course and complimentary Rose. Class is 2 hours. All ages welcome. Vaccination required. Proper Covid protocol is followed in all classes.
