Bonnie
Made by
Stuyt Dairy Farmstead Cheese
Milk Type
Cow
Bonnie is best described and comparable to a Brie style cheese. This young cheese is a soft cow's milk cheese named after Stuyt's first show cow, Bonnie. It is pale in color with a slight egg-white tint under its bloomy rind. Bonnie's flavor profile is rich and buttery with a little fruitiness and the teeny, tiniest bit of funk. Its plump softness makes it not only sliceable, but spreadable, luxuriously velvety in the mouth, and delightfully creamy when warmed.
Ingredients: Pastuerized whole cows milk, microbial enzymes, cultures, salt.
