Product Description: A tomme-style cheese that is rubbed with a combo of cocoa and chili powder as it ages. Firm in texture with a buttery flavor and earthy aroma.

Serving Ideas: Grated and used in place of parmesan, a great topping for pastas or added to cheese sauces

Wine Pairings: Zinfandel, Rosé,Tempranillo, Chianti, Riesling

Cheese Care:  Keep cheese cold and in packaging until ready to use.
