Product Description:  This cheese is a delightful blend of tart lemon and herbs. The seasonings are subtle, yet bright and flavorful. Perfect for crumbling on top of a salad or roasted vegetables. Spread on your sandwich for a delicious, creamy addition. Made with just a few simple ingredients, the main one being our delicious farmstead fresh goat milk. The cheese is soft and spreadable with a creamy flavor and just a touch of salt.

Wine Pairings
: Zinfandel, Prosecco, Sauvignon Blanc

Cheese Care:  Keep cheese cold and in packaging until ready to use. To use as a spread, remove cheese from the fridge 30 minutes before use.

Ingredients: Pasteurized Goat Milk, Salt, Lemon Zest, Lemon Juice, Thyme, Culture, Enzymes (microbial rennet suitable for vegetarians).
