Product Description:  A pressed, Italian-style goat cheese that is semi-soft. This cheese has mild nutty undertones.

Serving Ideas: Used in grilled cheese sandwiches, cut up and used in place of Mozzarella in salads, a great snacking cheese

Wine Pairings: Chardonnay, Zinfandel, Dessert wine, Pinot Grigio

Cheese Care:  Keep cheese cold and in packaging until ready to use.
