Rumiano Organic Mild Cheddar is a smooth and creamy cheese that has a gentle flavor.  It has a white color and a subtle hint of tanginess, with a slight nutty taste.  Our mild cheddar is only aged three months, which results in its mild flavor and softer texture.  It is versatile and can be used in a huge variety of dishes, from sandwiches to macaroni and cheese.
