Goat's Milk

Smooth and creamy Spreadable Goat Cheese showcases the clean and mild milk flavor with a light, citrusy tang. Try it in place of cream cheese on toast, bagels and crackers or use it like crème fraiche in recipes.

COOKING & PREPARATION
Often used in place of cream cheese or crème fraîche, Spreadable Goat Cheese has the benefit of being 45% lower in calories than crème fraîche.

It melts perfectly into sauces, mixes with herbs for fillings and is the preferred cheese for fluffy goat cheesecake.


INGREDIENTS
Cultured pasteurized goat milk, salt, microbial enzymes.

STORAGE
Store at 34-45 ºF. Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate after opening. Best enjoyed within 7 days.
