Sweet, earthy figs and zesty grapefruit are distinctively delicious in fresh goat cheese and the talk of every cheeseboard. This log is also perfect crumbled over a harvest salad or slathered on French toast.

COOKING & PREPARATION

Substitute the Orange Blossom Honey for cream cheese; spread the Kalamata Olive on pizza; crumble Fig & Grapefruit over a harvest salad, slice garlic & chive to top pasta, or stuff Black Truffle into burgers before grilling.Mango Habanero is perfect sprinkled on fresh fish tacos, and Cranberry makes an indulgent topping spread over walnut bread.
