Farmstead Goat Milk Feta is made with  fresh whole goat milk, In a two-day process with vegetarian-based rennet and feta cultures. Our feta is milder than your traditional Greek feta partly because it is only brined briefly prior to packaging for a lower salt content. Our feta comes vacuum sealed so it has an exceptionally long shelf life, in fact the longer you age it the stronger it will become. It can be aged in your refrigerator for months or even years. If you want it to crumble easily over salads, freeze and then thawing it will make it crumble unbelievably well. Pairs well with robust wines. Enjoy with tomatoes, avocado, eggs, salad, and grilled meats.
