Clover Organic Cottage Cheese is made by introducing non-animal rennet, a natural enzyme, to fresh milk. After the milk separates into curds and whey, we drain the curds, separate them from the whey and add back in a small amount of whey for texture and flavor. All of which results in a delicious food that is great for salads, with fruit, and in all your favorite family recipes. Available in Low Fat (2%) and 4% Fat.
Ingredients: Organic Nonfat Milk, Organic Milk, Organic Cream, Contains less than 2% of: Salt, Tri-Calcium Phosphate, Organic Guar Gum, Citric Acid, Xanthan Gum, Organic Locust Bean Gum, Vitamin A Palmitate, Microbial Rennet, Carbon Dioxide (to maintain freshness), Contains Live Cultures: L. acidophilus and Bifidobacterium bifidum.
