A pasteurized swiss cheese aged 6 months and made in San Diego at CheeseSmith Artisan Creamery.This is a firm cheese with a pale-yellow color and a mild, creamy, slightly nutty taste. It features tiny holes, or "eyes", caused by authentic bacteria native to Switzerland.
