A very special cheese will be released Saturday April 26th (2025) to celebrate the 5th anniversary of the CheeseSmith non-profit, Anvil of Hope, with 100% of the sales revenue benefiting the charity.

Cheeserock is a Montasio-style cheese developed by Marci Richards and made at CheeseSmith as the grand prize for winning the Epic Cheese Competition Best of Show honors last fall. Aged 5 months and highlighting savory and piquant flavors like a young Parmesan cheese, Cheeserock takes it's name from the Breakdancing Theme of the Anvil of Hope anniversary party.

The cheese will remain on sale with proceeds going to Anvil of Hope until sold out.
