This splendidly fluffy sheep's milk bloomy rind is aged for 2-3 weeks. Untuck her and be greeted with a crisp and earthy aroma. Its toothsome paste boasts notes of sweet cream, fresh mushrooms, and a hint of garlic. As it ages the paste develops a slight ooze, perfect for spreading on crackers.
Ingredients: Pasteurized 100% sheep milk, cheese cultures, vegetarian enzymes, salt.
