Crescenza is modeled after the classic Italian soft-ripened cheese we learned to make in Northern Italy. Known for its mild flavor and smooth texture, Crescenza becomes even creamier as it ages and begins to show flavor notes of lemons and yeast.

Pairing suggestions:
Food: Stir into polenta, spread on walnut bread, drizzle with fine olive oil & herbs, or melt on pizza & flatbread
Wine: Pinot Grigio, dry Riesling; Blonde Ale or Wheat Beer

Ingredients: Cultured Pasteurized Milk, Salt,Traditional Rennet.
