Kefir Cheese is Kefir drained in cheese bags to make it a thicker consistency. It is a blend of seasonal goat/cow’s milk and is made fresh weekly.

Keifer cheese, has the consistency of yogurt, all the probiotic benefits of a fermented product, and a taste that keeps you wanting more. By itself or with your favorite granola, in any flavor an absolute treat. We rotate 2 flavors weekly. In addition to plain kefir, we also sell blueberry, strawberry, lemon, apricot, Bavarian cream and whatever is available throughout the season.

Kefir serves well with fruit or granola, in pies, in sauces, dressings, or by itself.

Ingredients: Cows milk, Cultures, Vegetable rennet, Sea salt.
