TUNaWERTH Creamery is located in Tenino and run by Anita and Pieter de Boer who originally hail from the Netherlands a few decades ago in pursuit of their dream of starting their own dairy. They have been making traditional Dutch style cheeses including, of course, Gouda, using authentic recipes from their home country. They use milk from the Jersey and Holstein cows that they raise on the farm, and also produce yogurt, ricotta, cream cheese, and low-pasteurized milk.
