TMK Distillery, and sister operation TMK Creamery are located in Canby, Oregon in the Pacific Northwest of the United States. TMK exists to bridge the gap between urban and rural families by providing remarkable experiences that deliver a transparent look at farmstead cheese-making and sustainably upcycling useful byproducts into creative offerings like ice cream, vanilla extract and Cowcohol. TMK began a registered holstein dairy program just over 30 years ago when owner, Todd Koch, bought his first Holstein heifer in middle school. TMK is the first Farmstead Creamery + Distillery.

"Milking with Marc" gives you the opportunity to milk the TMK Cowlebrities and feed the Jr Cowlebrities. This occurs on Friday evenings and tickets are available to purchase on their website.
Tours Offered
Self guided maps/ tours are available during open hours which are Fridays 4-7pm and Saturdays and Sundays 11-4pm. This self guided tour gives you the opportunity to meet the Cowlebrities and Jr Cowlebrities. Also, it explains where and how TMK cheese, ice cream and the world famous Cowcohol is made.
Also, TMK offers a behind the scenes event called "Milking with Marc" which gives you the opportunity to milk the TMK Cowlebrities and feed the Jr Cowlebrities.....this occurs on Friday evenings and tickets are available to purchase on their website.
