Erin fell in love with goats. The  dream is to build what she likes to call "The Rainbow Pasture," where a diversified habitat is cultivated by growing a combination of trees, shrubs, grasses, and other perennial and deworming crops into a single land-use system for the goats to freely graze. The idea is designed to protect the soil, improve the productivity of land and benefit the animals overall health whilst increasing socioeconomic benefits.
