The small herd of Jersey dairy cows are certified Organic, 100% grass fed, have A2A2 genetics, and the milk is vat pasteurized. They're moved daily from pasture to pasture and calves are raised with their moms for six months. The goal is to continue to be fully supported on their 40 acres using regenerative agriculture methods. The farm is located an hour north of Spokane, Washington.
