Enjoy a tour of the cheesemaking facility, aging rooms, and a guided tasting of all Bohemian cheeses.

You will see the cheesemaking facility and aging rooms. The story of the art and process of cheesemaking from milk to plate will be told, along with showing you  the tools of the trade. Get a tour of the aging rooms so you can see how cheese changes as it evolves from milk into something quite different and totally extraordinary. Finally, after all that, you’ll be guided through a tasting of all of Bohemian cheeses from the mild to the mind-blowingly intense.

Tours are Saturday and Sunday at 1pm, and last one hour. $35 per person for folks age 12 and up; free for the littler ones. The tour is accessible for guests of various mobilities; please plan on arriving 10-15 minutes in advance to check in and settle up.
