Hands-on Cheesemaking Class with Sheana Davis & Ben Sessions, The Epicurean Connection.
Classes are hosted weekly on Thursday, Friday & Saturday 12:00-2:00. Private and corporate classes are also available.
Each registered group has its own station and together with Sheana and Ben, makes Creme de Ricotta, a 2-3# wheel of fresh cow milk cheese, and/or we can make a variety of flavored cheeses from our Flavor Bar. Each guest takes home a cheese cloth, cheese ladle, cheese recipe card, cheese trail map and enjoys an artisan cheese course and complimentary Rose. The class is 2 hours. All ages welcome. Vaccination Required. Proper Covid protocol is followed in all classes.
