At the heart of this family operation is Bettyann, the talented cheesemaker, and Chuck, the charismatic farmer who humorously says, “Chickens are the gateway animal.”
Chuck and Bettyann's love story began at a winemaking party, and today, their passion continues through their daughters, Kate, the herd manager, and Sarah, the operations manager.
