The Pacific Coast Coalition - Dairy Business Innovation Initiative is offering 10 travel scholarships to help support attendance at the 2025 American Cheese Society Conference, taking place July 23–26 in Sacramento, CA.
Each scholarship is up to $1,500 and will be awarded as reimbursement for travel, conference registration, and expenses (based on actual receipts). These scholarships are a "first-come, first-served".
This opportunity is open to licensed, active commercial cheesemakers who are planning to attend the full conference. If that’s you, we’d love for you to apply! Just be sure you're available and committed to attending before applying—funds are limited, and we want to make sure they go to folks who are 100% certain they can attend.
Key details:
- Reimbursement only (travel and registration for the applicant)
- Hotel per diem: $150/night
- Meal per diem: $86/day in Sacramento, $64.50/day on travel days
- Alcohol is not reimbursable
- Full documentation of expenses will be required
