Bellwether Farms is an artisan cheese company located in the heart of Sonoma County. Family owned and operated by the Callahans, the creamery began by milking their sheep and producing hand-crafted cheeses in 1990, making them one of the first sheep cheesemakers in the country. Today, Bellwether produces wonderful cows milk cheeses from a neighbors herd of Jerseys.
